Our Strategy
Inspection
The first step to NO MORE MUDDY FEET is to inspect all the surrounding edges, and check what protection is needed for any edge detailing. We then utilise our specialist protection products.
Removal
Now we commence Removal of the existing grass and root base using specialist cutting equipment.
Geo-textile membrane
Next, we introduce a specialist geo-textile membrane. This stops any weeds growing, and also allows water to drain through.
Heavy duty grit sand
We then apply the first of our heavy duty aggregate: finely finish grit sand. With the heavy-duty aggregate on the bottom, we then finish it with grit sand on top.
Apply grass accordingly
Then artificial grass top is laid on immediately and tucked in all around the sides neatly and firmly.
Create perfect seam joints
We will then create perfect seam joints using our bespoke glue and specialised joining tape, making the joint invisible.
Specialist silica
Comfy Grass now introduces the silica sand into the complete area with a double infill ratio running around the outer perimeter. With our brush equipment we drive it right into the base for the perfect finish.
The WOW factor
Finally, our fitters clean and rinse the entire area , ready for handover so that you customer can come out and enjoy ComfyGrass!
